Sage People US Benefits - new PlanSource link

Note These notes are for the Sage People Y25.2.2 release, which we've currently deployed to Sandbox orgs only. Deployment to production orgs begins February 25.

We've fixed an issue with connecting from Sage People to our Sage People Benefits provider (PlanSource). We've changed the WX by now providing a link to PlanSource.

The new WX page will look as shown below, linking out to a new browser tab:

You can edit the link in line with your organization's wording.

Edit the PlanSource link from Sage People

  1. Go to Setup.

  2. Go to Custom Labels.

  3. Select the label Go_To_PlanSource.

  4. Enter a local translation or text override.

Change the custom label for go to PlanSource.
